DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS ?

Yes ! If you love our items but don’t see the designs you prefer simply CONTACT US using the request custom order form. Please note that certain custom designs may have an additional fee added to the advertised price shown. We will be happy to discuss all aspects of your request prior to order placement.

WHAT DISCOUNTS DO YOU OFFER ?

We offer FREE shipping on all US orders of $100 or more. Additionally as we are a military family, military discounts can be applied to all active duty members and their direct dependents with a valid military ID verification. Please CONTACT US to submit your request.

You will also see various sales, discount codes and incentives through out our page. Be sure to click and subscribe to these items in order to receive those offers/discounts (Terms and Conditions may apply).

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?

PROCESSING TIME

The time from when you place your order to when we complete it and give your package to the carrier for shipment is called “processing time”.
Most orders have 3-5 days processing time. Larger quantity orders (24 or more) may take 7 days processing time. Processing time begins when your payment clears and does not include Saturday, Sunday or US holidays.
If you need your order with special timing, please CONTACT US before ordering to ensure we can meet your needs. We work very hard to be flexible with our customers and ship sooner when we are able.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier, the time it takes from the carrier accepting your package until attempting delivery to you is called “shipping time”.

The shipping time can vary based on the shipping method you choose, as well as events outside of our control (including but not limited to inclement weather and carrier exceptions).

We reserve the right to use an equivalent shipping method.
Once your order ships a tracking number will be emailed to you using the email address you provided at check out.

NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Although the majority of our items are made to order, there are times we offer pre-made items for sale. If you order an item that is sold as advertised and the item requires no adjustment for you order, you have 7 days after receipt of item to request a return. If approved, you will be responsible for pre-paid return shipping costs and a 50% restocking fee. The item must be in original packaging and in the same state when it arrives back to us as when it was shipped to you. If the item is not re-sellable then no refund or exchange will be granted.
The exception to this policy is items listed in our clearance boutique. Sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are available.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Your order will be personalized and spelled the way you request it. Spelling inaccuracies are unknown to us, and therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be given for orders placed incorrectly.

Due to the artisan nature of our work, and our personalized products, we do not issue refunds. Returns and exchanges are also not available if your order was made to order correctly. However, we stand behind our personalization work 100%, there for any mistakes made on our part will be corrected or your incorrect items will be refunded.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We ship to the address you provide. Once it leaves our location, we are not responsible for obtaining or replacing your products in the case of an incorrect address. Please ensure your products are delivered to a safe location where they will not go missing, as once delivered it is your responsibility to ensure they are not lost or stolen.

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

Occasionally an item is damaged in shipment. You have 48 hours to report this to us and provide photos of the product and the shipping box via email to Support@ShoparoundtheCornerStudio.com If you meet the requirements, we will replace your product and file a claim with the carrier.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you have any issues having your order processed please CONTACT US right away.

CURRENCY

We will process your payment in USD. In the event a refund is necessary, we will process your refund in the same payment method as you placed the order. International orders will be refunded the same USD amount paid, minus shipping and any other deductions.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAX AND DUTIES ?

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside of US):

All customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees have not been pre-paid and you are responsible for paying these at the time of delivery (if there are any). We are not able to estimate the cost for this, we suggest checking with your countries customs/importation department for more information. If you refuse to pay these fees, the item(s) will come back to us. Your original shipping fees will not be refunded, you may have to pay for return shipping costs and we charge a 50% of your total order USD return fee that will be deducted from the refund.

It is against our policy to claim a shipment as a gift, all shipments will be sent with an accurate description of contents.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS USED TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US?

Standard International

Most standard shipments will arrive to you by your countries local post office. Transit time is typically between 7-14 business days (estimated) once we tender your package to the shipping company. International orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. This means you may be responsible for duties and taxes when the order arrives in your country.

Express International

Most express shipments will arrive to you by local courier, post or Federal Express. Transit time is typically between 2-4 business days (estimated), and these are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. This means you may be responsible for duties and taxes when the order arrives in your country.

Do I have to pay international import taxes, customs, duties etc ?

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside of US):

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS USED FOR ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE US?

United States Postal Service (USPS)

There is full tracking from time of pickup to delivery on all USPS shipping services we use.

  • USPS Priority Mail – This is not a guaranteed shipping method, but over 90% of orders will arrive within an estimated 2-3 business days in the US once USPS picks up your package.
  • First Class Mail – This option can be utilized for our smallest packages, such as custom wallets which are sent in bubble mailers. Although it is less expensive than Priority Mail, delivery may take 1-7 days depending on your location. This is not a guaranteed shipping method.

Federal Express (FedEx)

There is full tracking from time of pickup to delivery on all FedEx shipping services we use.

  • Ground – This is not a guaranteed shipping method. Ground delivers Monday – Friday.
  • Home – This is not a guaranteed shipping method. Home delivers Tuesday – Saturday.
  • 2nd Day – This is a guaranteed shipping method and preferred when you need an exact date of arrival. Service is Monday through Friday for shipping. Do not count Saturday and Sunday as part of the 2 days.
    • If you ship Monday, you can expect delivery Wednesday.
    • If you ship Friday, you can expect delivery on Tuesday.
    • If you ship Thursday, Saturday delivery is available for a surcharge.
  • Overnight – This is a guaranteed shipping method and preferred when you need it to arrive quickly. You can choose early or standard delivery; there is a surcharge by FedEx for earlier delivery windows.
    • If you ship Monday, you can expect delivery Tuesday.
    • If you ship Friday, you can expect delivery Monday. However, Saturday delivery is available for a surcharge.
  • Free Local Pickup: We offer free local pick up for our local residence. Our location is in San Diego, Ca
  • Local Delivery: Local delivery can be made for a flat fee up to 15 miles of our zip code ( 92019) Please CONTACT US  regarding this service.
